About ComCor Advisory Services
ComCor Advisory Services began as a small IT consulting practice and grew as my work expanded into leadership, delivery, and organizational performance across BC’s Lower Mainland and into the Interior. I’ve worked in large clinical and professional environments alongside clinicians and operational leaders, with practical experience in change adoption, continuous improvement, and service-focused operational management and mentorship—always anchored in the customer and end-user experience. Healthcare, in particular, aligned with my values around helping people and improving the conditions that support better care for providers and patients.
I’ve built portfolios from the ground up, made progress visible, and stabilized delivery in complex, high-demand settings. Strong mentors and colleagues shaped how I lead and make decisions under pressure, and I bring that forward through clear priorities, direct guidance, and consistent follow-through. When a need extends beyond my lane, I draw on a trusted network of referring advisors and specialists, so the right capability is brought in without forcing fit.

About Me
I bring long-term experience supporting people and organizations through growth, complexity, and change. My background spans healthcare and information technology delivery, change and service leadership, mentorship services, and strategic advisory work, with adjacent experience across operational improvement, governance, and team performance—focused on practical problem-solving and measurable outcomes in both operational and leadership settings.
I start by listening and getting a clear picture of what’s really going on—where decisions get stuck, what’s competing for attention, and what people realistically have capacity to deliver. I don’t force a standard template; I help put just enough structure in place to make the work easier to run, easier to sustain, and easier to measure.
Over the past two decades, I’ve worked with small owner-led businesses and larger multi-stakeholder teams, and the pattern is usually the same: clearer decisions, better communication, shared expectations, and steady follow-through. Having grown up in the Lower Mainland and recently returned to BC’s Interior, I carry a strong connection to both places. Early exposure to my father’s work in sales and to family-run businesses shaped my view of entrepreneurship, ownership, and accountability in practical terms. Outside of work, I value the Interior lifestyle, music, and time with my daughter—anchors that keep perspective and inform how I mentor and advise through clarity, steadiness, and responsibility.
